Kronos Polyamide Blades

  • Kronos’ insert type blades can be used with other polyamide strips as a perfect combination, which can use inserting blades of different heights to flexibly divide different size of cavities. More importantly, by using Kronos’s blades, customers will no longer face the embarrassing situation of searching for different shapes and size of polyamide strips for the aluminum products, thus customer’s costs and efforts can be greatly reduced.

Cavities will be formed after the polymide insulation strips being inserted between the inner and outer frames of aluminum windows and doors. When the cavities reach certain size, air to air heat exchange in the cavities will occur. For the characteristics of convective heat transfer, a large cavity is divided into samller cavities so that it cannot effectively form convection, thereby achieving the goal of reducing the efficiency of convective heat transfer.
